West Lakeland Vets have a team of vets, nurses and administrative staff.

We are also committed to providing career opportunities for those hoping to train as a vet nurse or veterinary surgeon. We currently have 4 nurses working in our team that have studied vet nursing at higher education level while doing their placements at our surgeries. A further 2 nurses are undertaking their training placements with us at the moment. If you are interested in training to be a nurse either by the Diploma or degree route we would be keen to hear from you to discuss a placement with us.
